You are authorized to:
- Print — sell and distribute 3D prints or .STLs of the 3D model only in its adapted form for any use, including commercial use, in unlimited quantities; So long as you are an independent/crafter/artist and not part of a major studio and change the design by 50% in addition to attribution.
- Adapt — remix, transform and create from the digital files of the 3D model, as well as sell your remix so long as it is 50% different and you are an independent/crafter/artist and not part of a major studio and change the design by 50% in addition to attribution.

What is not allowed:
- No sharing of your 3D prints, nor adaptation of the 3D model without attribution;
- No distribution, sale, donation or exchange of the digital files of the 3D model and the digital files of 3D models adapted from it without attribution.

Can I share or distribute these (Unaltered) .STL files?- No
No. If my unaltered files appear for sale or are being shared elsewhere I will stop producing and sharing
my STLs.

Can I Edit this model? - YES!

Can I sell Edits of Noodle?- YES!
Yes! You can edit the files to suit your project! Noodle is 100% intended to be remixed and for
SMALL Artist's to sell! Noodle is NOT to be used for MASS production or Profit! Noodle is made by a
smalltime artist, and is intended for crafters, hobbyists, and smalltime profit

Can I sell prints I make of Noodle?- YES!
So long as you are an independent artist or crafter.
You may sell unlimited prints of these files if you remix them and they appear 50% Different and
properly credit the original files or my shop.
Please credit my Etsy shop as the original source of your remix so others can find it! :)
Remixes of Noodle may be molded and Pro-cast in small quantities. (100 or less as these are my
personally designed joints.) But must NOT be manufactured by known recasters. (ChinaBJD) You can
sell unlimited amounts of 3D resin prints.

DEFINITION OF A SMALL TIME OR INDEPENDENT ARTIST:
The majority of your artistic income comes directly from your fan base without working through an intermediary like a publisher or studio. My files are NEVER intended to be used by anyone with a large studio or the financial means of mass production. My files are for small time artists, beginners, crafters, convention artists, Youtubers, self-starters, and freelance artists.
If you have the resources to make large quantities of products with little to no risk, my files are not for you. These are for the little guys trying to make a living doing what they love!

Can I sell 30+ prints of Noodle within 1 year?- YES!
Yes!* You are allowed to sell 3D Prints of your remix of Noodle!
*They must appear 50% different. Noodle is a "Base" Please have fun!

Can I share what I make with this .STL?- YES! Please! I would love if you shared what you make with
me! :)

Do I need to Credit you?
- YES Please credit my shop/twitter in a ReadMe or description so others can find Noodle for their own
projects!
