This Kodiak helmet was designed to have every small detail I could find. it includes a vacuum forming buck as well as an alternative mesh visor that you can just print and install real quick.

disclaimer: As almost all my models are cosplay related and meant to fit a person scale is not perfect for everyone so some sizing may need to be adjusted. Some 3dmodels or parts may not fit your specific 3d printer model within the area allotted and will need to be sliced at your discretion. you can use a free program on pc called 3d builder or mesh mixer to slice and repair any models you wish to make smaller. as well the Bambu studio application which easily slices parts to more manageable sizes
