3D model description
The viper commando helmet comes with printable mesh lenses or the option to vacuum for them with a buck, if possible as I have also build many visors and vacuum formed, I would suggest you print the buck and lenses portion in resin as it doesn't melt as easily when forming over it. also from past user suggestions I made sure the side vents go all the way though for better ventilation. also included is the .3mf file which has all the files together for use in scaling and reference to see where all parts go. this was sized on my own 3d scan of myself I have a 24 inch head size for refence.
12/12/24 update: I made some adjustments to widen the neck hole as much as I could without sacrificing the main design I've just added the new file so you will have the old and new size to compare if you wish.
disclaimer: As almost all my models are cosplay related and meant to fit a person scale is not perfect for everyone so some sizing may need to be adjusted. Some 3dmodels or parts may not fit your specific 3d printer model within the area allotted and will need to be sliced at your discretion. you can use a free program on pc called 3d builder or mesh mixer to slice and repair any models you wish to make smaller. as well the Bambu studio application which easily slices parts to more manageable sizes
