You got a HUF block in one piece or in 3 section (225mm max). To fix the 3 sections together, bond with epoxy glue or kind of and you could put 2 steel rod (1/4'' inch diameter, 1 foot long) to add strenght. That way, you should be able to print the HUD on a 250*250*250 bed.

There's big hole in the model to let you pass the cable for the ICP or other accessories.

EDIT: I added a V.2 model for the full HUD box and the "3of3" part. That V.2 include mounting holes for the HUD frame available in my design.
