iFlight BOB57 - DJI O4 Pro Upgrade Kit: Cam Mount & Side Panels

This kit contains all you need to upgrade your "iFlight BOB57 O3 Cinematic 6S HD” to the DJI O4 Pro Air Unit. Keep the same robust camera cage and look. Successfully tested without jello.

- O4 Pro Camera Mount "O3 Upgrade Angled" (TPU)

- ViFly Finder 2 Buzzer Mount (TPU)
- M2 Nut for Camera Mount (PETG)

Compatibility
- Frame/BNF: iFlight BOB57 O3 Cinematic 6S HD
- Antenna/GPS: Original SMA antenna and GPS mount of BOB57 O3 Version. The sides plates do NOT fit the Antenna / GPS mount of the earlier BOB57 Vista version. Please upgrade them to the O3 version (parts available from iFlight) or adjust the side panels yourself (STEP files included)
- VTX: DJI O4 Pro Air Unit
- ND Filters: The new O4 Pro ND Filters fit inside the BOB57 Camera Cage. Recommended are the Butter Camera and iFlight ND Filters.
- Buzzer: Optional mount for the ViFly Finder 2 Buzzer included

Build guide for O4 Pro VTX
- Mount O4 Pro VTX with USB port facing downwards and using the 20x20mm mounting holes
- You can reuse the same BOB57 screws, nuts and dampening rubbers as used in the BOB57 O3 BNF version. See pictures. Just swap-out the O3 vs. an O4 Pro.
- Important is that you use some nuts and rubber as spacer between the O4 Pro and the bottom plate as otherwise the height of the USB/SD-Card slots might not align with the side panels
- Route the GPS cables below the O4 Pro VTX to make it easier to use a second lipo strap at the back

Build guide for O4 Pro Camera
- The standard O4 Pro Camera does not fit the BOB57 frame due to different mounting
- Follow the assembly instructions for the "O3 Upgrade" option in this YouTube vide
- You can reuse the original BOB57 camera cage, mounting screws and rubber from the O3 version
- The standard coaxial / MIPI cable of the O4 Pro is long enough for the BOB57. In the O4 Pro camera housing there is around 1-2cm of additional cable that becomes available when you open it.
- The new O4 Pro ND Filter fit inside the Camera Cage

Build guide for ViFly Finder 2 Buzzer
- Mount the buzzer onto the round buzzer hole at the front of the BOB57 frame bottom plate
- There is a small button that goes through the frame hole so that the buzzer can be deactivated from the outside
- Remove the plastic foil around the buzzer to make it fit better
- Remove the original Buzzer / USB 5V BEC Mount
- Screw the new Buzzer Mount to the frame with the same screws that are included in the frame kit and are used for the original buzzer mount
