Subaru impreza dash gauge pod 52mm

This 3D printed version of a Subaru WRX STi 2002-2007 triple dash gauge pod is designed to fit 52mm gauges and can be printed in two parts without supports and glued together with the provided 4mm alignment dowels. It also comes with clip in pins which fit in the original slots.

For best alignment of the pod, the pins are first placed in the dash, glue is applied on top of the pins and then the pod is pressed on top of the glue.

For gluing the pod together, you can use CA glue, super glue or any other adhesive rated for plastic. For gluing the pod to the pins, first check how the pod sits on them. If the pod sits directly on the pins, you can use the above mentioned glues, but if it needs some height adjustment you can use a thick construction adhesive to perfectly adjust the fit.

For a perfect finish, sand and paint the model.
