Tailor-made pack for the Vulkan WE23-s.
- Fully adjustable cylinder head, from 250mm to 287mm from
length and from 20mm to 45mm headrest height.
- Clamps for attaching standard picattiny rails, as thestandard M-Lock screws scrape or impede the rotation of the
barrels.
- Ergonomic angled grip.Materials needed:
- 35mm M3 screw.
- 25mm M3 screw
- Several M3 nuts (from 9 to 13).
- Screw M8 75mm.
- Screw M8 54mm.
- 4x Nut M8.
- Stainless steel calibrated rod 8mm diameter (300mm).
- Linear bearings 8mm inside, 15mm outside, 24mm height.
- Pin 8mm diameter 45mm long + 3/32" cutter pin.
- M5 threaded rod (500mm we have plenty).
- Two component glue.
Assembly:
Stock:
- Inserts in the adjustment wheels, insert the 4 Turks to.
half print.
- Cut 8mm rod a:
- 2x 85mm
- 2x 56mm
- Insert the bearings into the respective holes.
- Insert 8mm x 85mm rods to the cylinder head by pressing.
- Glue 74mm screw to the cylinder head, place the cylinder head to the body.before the glue dries and let it dry assembled,
for correct seating of the screw shaft.
- Insert 56mm rods to the head rest by pressure.
- Bond the screw using the same method as before.
- Glue the battery cover to the cylinder head body with.glue.
- Cut the M5 threaded rod to make the inserts.vertical to the cylinder head, and glue them with glue, for further
rigidity.
Handle:
- Insert M3 nuts into the slots in the handle and rail.
picattiny.
- Glue "M-Lock cubes" into the grooves of the handle.
Tips:
- Highly recommended to use the two-component glue, the.
"superglue" leaves white spots on the print.
- Put glue all over the threaded rod to make it stick.over the entire surface of the insert.
