Meet Rippie, a 3D printed 1:10 scale RC tracked vehicle designed from the ground up to be tough, reliable, and fun to build.
This project combines months of design, testing, and refinement to deliver a tracked RC model that’s as rugged as it looks.
Rippie features a complete metal drivetrain with steel gears and shafts, adjustable RC shocks, and TPU printed tracks. It’s powered by a 2S or 3S LiPo battery and reaches speeds up to 12 km/h (8 mph)
With an overall length of 565 mm (22.2 in), width of 278 mm (10.9 in), and height of 205mm (8 in), Rippie packs serious performance into a compact and printable design.
All parts are designed to fit on a 210 × 210 × 210 mm print bed and can be assembled using basic tools — no multi-colour printer required. The build uses heat set inserts and standard hardware for durability and easy maintenance.
The design has been fully tested over 15+ hours of continuous driving, refined for strength and printability.
