🔩 Seat Leon Mk1 Cupra – Front Center Grill (3-Piece Split Design)

This model is a custom 3D-printed front center grill designed specifically for the Seat Leon Mk1 Cupra.
The grill is divided into three separate printable sections, allowing it to be printed easily even on smaller printers (245×245 mm or larger).

Once printed, the three parts can be glued together or bolted together using the provided mounting geometry — creating one strong, full-width central grill.

Layer height: 0.2 mm

Perimeters: 3–4 walls

Infill: 20–40 % (more if you want maximum stiffness)

Material: ASA or PETG (recommended for UV/weather resistance)

No supports required

Print each of the three pieces separately, then assemble

Print all three grill sections.

Align the joints using the built-in guides.

Choose your method of assembly:

Glue (CA glue, epoxy, or plastic weld), or

Bolt together using the included screw holes

Install the finished grill using the OEM mounting points.
