
3D model description
This is my V3 of the pads for KingSong S22 and finally successful design.
STLs are in millimeters, mind this while importing into slicer or other software.
Pads are sturdy, high support area for the jump pad.
Fairings included. Fairings are held by existing bolts, but few pieces of double-sided tape is recommended on the mounting surface of the fairing.
Joiner Bone (red thingy in the renders) helps to align front pads, can slide inside to enlong or shorten front pad assembly. If printed out of TPU, can allow enough of bend in the front pad assembly while still keeping them aligned (for those with OCD like me). :)

Front_Pad T_R – Front upper pad, right side.
Front_Pad_B_R – Front lower pad (jump pad), right side.
Rear_Pad_R – Rear pad, right side.
Pad_Joiner_Bone – That small red joint for front pad alignment.
Pad_Carriage – extension for rear pad, i.e. fairing, i.e. carriage.
Front_T_Reflector – front upper pad extra carriage (or use as stencil) for reflector. Print out of hard plastic, stick the reflector tape, glue into the pad with super glue.
Front_B_Reflector – front lower pad extra carriage for reflecting tape.
Rear_Reflector – rear pad extra carriage for reflective tape.
FOR THE LEFT SIDE JUST MIRROR THE PARTS IN THE SLICER OR MS 3D BUILDER OR ANY OTHER SOFTWARE.
Ideas for reflectors – use sticky reflective tape, use these prints to add color if not reflector, print them out of glow in the dark or fluorescent plastics.
