3D printed flight simulator joystick, inspired by the sleek design of the Su-57 Felon / Su-35 control stick. While not a replica, this project captures the spirit of modern fighter controls with an emphasis on functionality, precision, and affordability.
This stick features:
Four 4-way hats with center push.
Three push buttons for quick actions.
Analog ministick with depress + axis-to-button function (8-way + center push).
Two-stage trigger and secondary flip-up trigger.
Analog brake lever with axis-to-button function (paddle switch).
Rudder twist axis for yaw control.
Programmable haptic feedback for immersive tactile response.
Adjustable "dry clutch" dampeners for realistic gimbal resistance.
Built around an Arduino Pro Micro, this project offers up to 32 button inputs and 6 axes.
