HOTAS BlackShark Helicopter Collective

3D printed flight simulator collective, inspired by the unique design of the KA-50 Blackshark helicopter control.

This collective features:

• Three 4-way hats with center push.

• Three push buttons for quick access controls.

• Three 2-position switches for gear, flaps, or auxiliary functions.

• Single collective axis for precise lift and descent control.

• Adjustable "dry clutch" dampeners for customizable resistance and tactile realism.

Powered by an Arduino Pro Micro, this project provides up to 24 button inputs and 1 axis, making it simple yet highly functional for helicopter flight simulation.
