Mobile screening plant - CT116 - 1:14

It's done! After two years of work, my most challenging project to date is finally finished. A mobile screening plant on a scale of 1:14.

-Transport working position possible

Three folding, height-adjustable conveyor belts

-Switchable light mast

Very simple and maintenance-friendly design

-Conveyor belts and chains printed from TPU

In transport position it is 115cm long, 23cm wide and 28cm high. In working position (without light mast) 116cm long, 108cm wide and 36cm high. An impressive model that immediately catches the eye on any construction site ;)

The download contains 287 .stl files.

All parts have been optimized for 3D printing and are very easy to print. Almost no support is needed!

A print bed size of 220x220mm is sufficient for almost all parts.

**a print area of at least 240x240mm is required for the feed belt of the TPU filler carrier.

The download also contains a file with all the necessary links for components and the instructions contain an electrical circuit diagram.

No special tools are required for assembly. Anyone with a little manual skill can build this screening system.

The number of screws may vary slightly. I recommend buying a few more in each case.

-Two parts have been added that help to center the material on the right conveyor belt. They can be found in the "Update 1" folder. The parts can easily be retrofitted.
