Conveyor belt - CT105 - 1:14

I am pleased to be able to present my next project to you. A conveyor belt on a scale of 1:14.

It has a length of 105cm.

-The conveyor belt can be printed from TPU

-The tension of the conveyor belt is infinitely adjustable

-A mold for the concrete feet is included in the download

-Supports in six different lengths are included

The download contains 72 .stl files.

All parts have been optimized for 3D printing and are very easy to print. Almost no support is needed!

A print bed size of 220x220mm is sufficient for all parts. So it can be printed on almost any printer.

No special tools are required for assembly. Anyone with a little manual dexterity can build this conveyor belt.

The number of screws may vary slightly. I recommend buying a few more in each case.

Update - 06.11.2023

-Different screws are now used for the rollers, as these have a continuous thread:

M3x30 ---> M3x20

M5x30 ---> M5x20

-The instructions were missing in the .zip file

-The drive roller has been changed so that it fits better on the gear motor with threaded hole in the motor shaft

-Drive rollers for the various motor shafts have been added

-The conveyor belt can now be extended by 146mm and is now 1.20m long. A longer conveyor belt has been added for this purpose

New belts with patterns and new versions of the funnel have been added.
