Filling station - CT220 - 1:14

A nice activity for your machines: the CT220 filling station. It can be used to fill pallets and boxes with bulk material. Ideal in combination with my CT150, CT290, CT55, CT208 and CT36 models.

It is 317mm long, 274mm wide and 727mm high.

The height and position of the conveyor belt can be individually adjusted. The speed of the conveyor belt can be adjusted and there is a switch for the LED spotlight.

The download contains 58 .stl files, a text file with all the necessary links and assembly instructions in German and English.

All parts have been optimized for 3D printing and are very easy to print. No support structure is required!

A print area of 250x250x110mm is sufficient for all parts.

No special tools are required for assembly. Anyone with a little manual skill can build this filling station.

The number of screws may vary slightly. I recommend buying a few more in each case.

Update 1 - 19.11.2025:

I forgot to add the files from the roof and the tricher on the roof. Please download the dataset again. The parts are called "A6.stl" and "A7.stl". I apologize for this ;)

Update 2 - 23.11.2025:

The parts for the headlight were missing. They can now be found in folder "B". (B21.stl, B22.stl, B23.stl)
